What is CLUTCHDIN?
CLUTCHDIN is a web-based BGMI scrim management platform. We schedule custom room matches, handle bookings and squads, and reveal room credentials to confirmed players. It runs entirely in your browser — nothing to install.
How much does it cost?
Subscription plans start at ₹79 per month. Each plan defines how many matches you can book per day and whether ad-supported flows apply. Full details are on the Subscription page.
Do I need a squad to play?
No. You can book solo and fill the queue, or book with up to three teammates as a squad. Squad leaders can generate a code and invite members by their BGMI Game UID.
How do I get the Room ID and password?
Once you've booked a slot, the room credentials appear on your Booking page exactly 10 minutes before match time. There's a live countdown so you know when they drop. Make sure you don't share these outside your confirmed team.
What if I can't make it to a match I booked?
Cancel your booking from the Booking page as early as possible. Repeated no-shows may result in temporary or permanent booking restrictions, since they waste slots for other players.
Is my payment information safe?
Yes. All payments are processed by Cashfree, a PCI-DSS–compliant payment gateway. Your card, UPI, or bank details are entered directly on Cashfree's secure checkout and are never stored by CLUTCHDIN.
Can I get a refund?
Subscription fees are generally non-refundable, except where required by law or in case of a payment made in error. If you believe you were charged incorrectly, contact support with your order ID and we'll investigate.
What are the rules during a match?
The core rules: no teaming, no stream-sniping, no cheats or exploits, no impersonation, and follow moderator instructions. Full rules are shown before you confirm a booking. Violations may result in disqualification, suspension, or permanent removal.
