Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of CLUTCHDIN ("we", "us", "our"), a BGMI scrim management platform available at clutchdin.in. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use CLUTCHDIN. If you are under 18, you confirm that you have permission from a parent or legal guardian.

2. Your Account

• You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information, including your IGN and Game UID.
• You must keep your password secure and not share your account.
• One person, one account. Creating multiple accounts to evade limits or bans is prohibited.
• We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

3. Bookings and Matches

• Booking slots are subject to availability and your subscription plan's daily limit.
• Only the players listed in a confirmed booking may participate in a match.
• Do not share room IDs or passwords outside your confirmed team.
• If you cannot attend, cancel your booking early via the Booking page.
• Repeated no-shows may result in booking restrictions or suspension.

4. Match Rules and Conduct

The following are strictly prohibited and may result in disqualification, suspension, or permanent removal:

• Teaming with opponents.
• Stream-sniping or using another player's stream for advantage.
• Cheats, unauthorized software, exploits, or prohibited assistance.
• Impersonation or account sharing.
• Abusive, harassing, or threatening behaviour toward other players or staff.
• Failure to follow reasonable moderator instructions.

5. Subscriptions and Payments

• Subscription plans are described on the Subscription page and are billed in Indian Rupees (₹).
• Payments are processed securely by Cashfree Payments. We do not store your card, UPI, or bank details.
• Subscriptions are prepaid for the stated period. They do not auto-renew unless explicitly stated.
• Subscription benefits activate upon confirmed payment.
• Refunds: subscription fees are generally non-refundable, except where required by applicable law or where a payment was made in error.

6. Ad-Supported Features

Certain plans are ad-supported. By using those plans, you consent to the display of advertisements served by third parties such as Google AdSense. Ad content is not controlled by CLUTCHDIN.

7. Suspension and Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account, at our discretion, for violation of these Terms, abuse of the Service, or harm to the community. Bans may be temporary or permanent. You may request account deletion at any time via Settings.

8. Service Availability

CLUTCHDIN is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Features may change, be added, or be removed at any time without notice.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CLUTCHDIN is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to lost match slots, missed opportunities, or third-party service outages.

10. Intellectual Property

All CLUTCHDIN branding, logos, and design elements are owned by us. You may not copy, modify, or redistribute them without permission.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after an update means you accept the revised Terms. Significant changes will be communicated through the Service.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India.
